Lillypulitzen offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase requirement. This free shipping benefit is automatically applied to your order during checkout—no promo code is needed. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time; all orders are shipped via our standard, tracked shipping method (details in Section 5.3).
5.3 Shipping Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active (due to carrier processing). 5.4 Delivery Responsibilities
Lillypulitzen is responsible for ensuring your order is shipped within the 1-3 day processing window and providing accurate tracking information. However, once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., customs hold-ups, carrier errors, extreme weather, or delivery address inaccuracies provided by you). You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address—we cannot be held liable for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect address information.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Return Eligibility & Timeline
You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged items (with original tags, labels, and packaging intact) for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking information). The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page at checkout).
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed accessories).
- Swimwear without the original hygiene liner attached.
